We are now looking for a People Partner who wants to work closely with the business, with managers, and with employees.

About the role

As a People Partner with us, you are a central part of our People & Culture team. You work closely with the business and operationally, while also contributing long-term to how we develop our ways of working to achieve our goal: to become the world’s best employer.

The role is broad but clear and can be summarized as: Creating good conditions for managers and employees to thrive, perform, and develop.

This is what you will work with
  • Pulse/Employee Surveys and Engagement You are responsible for our pulse measurement tool Winningtemp and for our recurring employee surveys – from setup to follow-up. You analyze results, identify patterns, and support managers in dialogue and improvement work.

  • Guidelines and Employee Information You ensure that our employee handbook and related materials are current, clear, and useful. In collaboration with colleagues, you ensure that the content works in practice and is easy to understand for both managers and employees.

  • Labor Law and Union Cooperation You work with labor law issues, prepare materials, participate in union negotiations, and act as an advisor to managers in these contexts.

  • System Support Throughout Employment You are responsible for our workflows in our HR system Hailey related to the employment cycle with us, from onboarding to reboarding, termination, and re-employment. The focus is on ensuring that processes work but also develop over time.

  • Operational Support to Managers and Employees You are a close support in everyday personnel-related issues – everything from workplace environment and dialogue to advice on leadership and employee matters.

You will become part of our energetic People & Culture team, which includes Anders and Philip who handle recruitment and our Mood Managers across the country. You will report to Kajsa, whose leadership can be described as inclusive, engaging, and close.

Who we believe you are

You are confident in your skills and used to working closely with the business. You enjoy responsibility, relationships, and being part of what actually happens – not just supporting from a distance.

We believe that you:
  • have a degree from the Human Resources & Labor Program or equivalent

  • have a few years of experience in similar roles, such as HR Generalist, Junior HR Business Partner, or similar

  • have a good foundation in labor law

  • thrive in dialogue with managers, employees, and union representatives

  • are structured but flexible, service-oriented without becoming administrative

  • are curious, unpretentious, and want to improve ways of working over time

The practicalities

Start: Preferably immediately, but we understand that you may have a notice period

Location: At our central office in Malmö, and yes, we have a rooftop terrace and game room with billiards, PlayStation, and board games that every self-respecting IT company should have!
